The Government College Teachers Organization (GCTO) is a registered association of government college teachers in Kerala. Established in 1980 through the dedicated efforts of founding members such as Sri. V.M. Manoharan and Sri. Ge Varghese, the organization has grown significantly covering around 350 teachers. The organisation functions as an advocate for the rights and welfare of its members. GCTO contributes significantly to educational discourse through informed opinions and active participation in discussions.
